1. The pool may be used pursuant to the posted signage. Swimming alone is not permitted.

2. Instructions given by the pool attendant/Steward must be obeyed at all times.

3. Members and guests should shower before entering the pool.

4. Pets are not allowed in the pool area at any time.

5. Ball playing, pushing, running, diving and general horseplay are forbidden.

6. People with long hair should either wear a bathing hat or tie hair back before entering the pool. (Long hair clogs the filters.)

7. Rafts and swim tubes are permitted in the pool only at the discretion of the pool attendant.

8. The Atlantis Yacht Club assumes no responsibility for the safety of anyone using the pool.

9. No glassware or bottles shall be allowed in the pool area.

10. Only Members, their guests and visiting boaters are permitted in the pool area.

11. Children who have not reached their sixteenth (16th) birthday may not be leftat the pool without the supervision of a parent or suitable responsible [older person] adult. Club personnel are not to be used for this purpose.

12. Only children who are toilet trained or in diapers specifically designed for swimming are allowed in the large pool.

13. Guests of members are allowed only if the member is in attendance at the Club.

14. Pool hours are posted.

15. The pool and clubhouse areas are designated non-smoking.

GENERAL RULES

1. Tennis courts will be open from 8:00 a.m. till dark.

2. Proper tennis attire is required (no bathing suits or jeans). Tennis sneakers are mandatory.

3. Tennis equipment (ball cans, presses, etc.), food drink or smoking will not be permitted on the courts.

4. Professional crew are not allowed to use the courts at any time.

COURT PROCEDURES

1. No court may be reserved in advance.

2. A court may be used forty (40) minutes for singles and sixty (60) minutes for doubles. Players may continue over allotted time provided no players are waiting.

3. Members may sign a waiting list if the courts are in use. When a vacancy occurs, first name on the list has the available court.

GUESTS AND VISITING YACHTSMEN

1. No guests are allowed unless open court is available.

2. Guest playing group must include at least one Club member.

3. Visiting yachtsmen may use the courts subject to availability and are required to follow all court rules and procedures.

ALL RULES ARE SUBJECT TO REVISION DURING THE SEASON, DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF PLAY.
